E' un sacco di tempo che non scrivo sul blog!!!
It's been real long since I last wrote on the blog!!!

Colpa della connessione assente in Libia e frenetiche "vacanze" italiane.
Blame it on the absent connection in Libya and the hectic "vacations" in Italy.

Le mie vacanze sono agli sgoccioli, partiro' domattina.
My vacations are almost over, I'm leaving tomorrow morning.

Al mio rientro a casa pero', ho trovato tanti regalini ad aspettarmi!!!
Coming home though, I found a lot of gifts waiting for me!

Ho giurato amore eterno dal momento che li ho visti!!! (Un po' meno dopo averli messi -e porvato a ballarci- all'ultimo dell'anno)
I sweared eternal love the minute I saw them!!! (A little less after wearing -and trying to dance in- them at NYE)


C'e' stato un momento in cui avrei voluto toglierli (eravamo in un centro sociale a Venezia, sul palco con la moquette, o qualcosa di molto simile, nessuno mi avrebbe detto niente) ma la mia amica mi ha fermato dicendo "Noooo non toglierli sono troppo belli!!!" (li ho tolti lo stesso dopo un po'...)
There was a moment when I wanted to take them off (we were in a occupied space in Venice, on the stage that had a carpet, no one would have said anything) but my friend stopped me saying "Nooo don't take them off they're too beautiful!!!" (I took them off in any case after a while...)


Il mio fantastico fratellino Jon, mi ha preso tantissime cosine durante un viaggetto a Londra.

Sono un po' piu' piccole di quello che pensavo, ciononostante sono fantastiche!!!
They're a little smaller than what I thought, nontheless they're fantastic!!!

L'Original l'ho gia' usata diverse volte (come si puo' notare) e la amo.
I colori sono fantastici e il nero sembra quasi un gel ed e' perfetto come eyeliner!
I've already used the Original several times (as you can see) and I love it.
The colors are amazing and the black almost looks like a gel and is perfect to be used as eyeliner!




Non ho ancora avuto occasione di usare la Storm, ma anche in questo caso trovo i colori splendidi, e quel blu/viola scuro sberluccicante e' super-sexy!
I still didn't have the occasion to try Storm, but also in this case I think the colours are great, and that shiny dark blue/purple is super-sexy!






Anche il mio uomo mi ha fatto un bellissimo regalo, che purtroppo non ho ancora avuto modo di usare.
Also my man gave me a wonderful gift, that unfortunately I still wasn't able to try out.


E' una scatola di saponi dall'aria lussuriosa e una spugna per lo scrub della BOMB Cosmetics. Il sapone a forma di cuore puo' (deve) essere usato anche come massaggiatore!
Sono rimasta di stucco quando l'ho visto!!! Adoro questo tipo di cose, ma non credo di averglielo mai detto, quindi sono stata super felice di riverli!!!
It's a box of luscious soaps a scrub sponge from BOMB Cosmetics. The heart shaped soap can (should) also be used as a massage bar!
I was shocked when I saw it!!! I love these kinda of things, but I don't think I ever told him, so I was super pleased to receive them!!!


In realta' il regalo migliore che mi ha fatto il mio uomo e' stato... esserci. (e tante altre cose che non si possono dire ;P)
Actually the best gift my man has given to me was... being there. (and a lot of other things that I cna't tell ;P)

Family time

La situazione della mia famiglia e' complicata.
My family situation is complicated.

La situazione con mio padre e' complicata.
The situation with my father is complicated.

Per questo uscire a cena con mio padre e i miei fratelli e' stato bello.
For this reason it was nice going out for dinner with my father and my brother.


L'ultima volta, in cui eravamo solo noi quattro, e' stata due anni fa. Si, prima che mi laureassi.
Last time it happened, that it was only the four of us, it was two years ago. Yes, before I graduated.

Cosi' siamo andati a Bergamo a mangiare sushi.
So we went to Bergamo to eat sushi.




In realta' mio padre, da quando e' stato in Giappone, ha sempre qualcosa da ridire sul sushi fatto in Italia dai Cinesi, ma stavolta e' stato bravo.
Actually my father, since he went to Japan, always has some comment about the sushi made in Italy by Chinese, but this time he was nice and silent.



Cosi' abbiamo mangiato, parlato e siamo
(quasi) riusciti a non alzare la voce.
So we ate, talked and (almost) managed not to raise our voices.








Per la grande occasione James, che e' un'aspirante stilista, ha passato in rassegna i nostri look per assicurarsi che fossimo "cool" o comunque presentabili.
For the big occasion James, who's an aspiring fashion designer, went through our looks to make sure we looked "cool" or in any case presentable.

E' stata una serata decisamente riuscita.
It was definitely a successful night.
